Gift Cards are electronic or printed gift certificates, used to pay for purchases at La Vie en Rose.

This is a delicate and practical gift for relatives, friends or partners.

1. Gift cards are only valid for purchases on the website - https://lavieenrosedecor.com/ , fanpage or directly at LVER La Vie En Rose showroom
2. The card has no cash value.
3. The card can be used to purchase products, including products on promotion.
4. Each card can be used multiple times until it expires (unless otherwise noted on the card).
5. The card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will no longer be valid.
6. In the event that an order paid for with a gift card is refunded, the refund value will be credited back to the card (or a new card code will be issued accordingly).
7. The card code must be kept confidential and carefully preserved. We are not responsible if the card is lost, leaked or used by others.
8. Cards are not refundable, exchangeable or extendable.
9. Not applicable to orders completed before using the code.
10. Use of a gift card constitutes your agreement to these terms of use.

Transport

Gift Card with payment code will be sent directly to customer via recipient's email address upon order completion.

Returns

Gift Cards purchased with money are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
* Refund request submitted by original purchaser (not gift recipient).
* Gift Card not used yet
* Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of voucher purchase.
* After this period or once the voucher has been used (even partially), the Gift Card is no longer eligible for refund.
* The recipient cannot request a refund or convert the Card into cash.
* Once refund eligibility is verified, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days.
* Voucher code will be permanently canceled after refund.
