A. PAYMENT
After selecting products and placing orders, customers will pay us via bank transfer or pay directly upon receipt of goods.

B. RETURN
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased from La Vie en Rose, please contact us by sending an email to lavieenrosehomedecor@gmail.com with your order number so we can arrange an exchange or refund.
If for any reason you change your mind, you can exchange for another item or model. We do not accept returns in this case.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer unless the reason for the return is due to a product defect.
2. We take every measure to ensure the accuracy of product images and colors. Please use the product images on our website as a color reference, however please note that there will be differences between the color settings on individual device screens.
Return requests due to color will be considered as a change of mind, and we will not accept returns in this case.
3. We only accept order cancellation and full refund when the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or the product sent is not the same as the ordered model. This does not apply in case the customer changes his mind. In this case, we will immediately send compensation to the customer. If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer will receive a full refund of the product price as well as shipping costs, if any.
4. In some special cases, we accept to cancel orders at the request of customers other than the reasons as in section 3, the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received, unused, unwashed. The refund amount will be 80% of the total order value after deducting shipping costs if any. Depending on each case, the goods will be refunded to customers by voucher or cash.
5. Refund conditions
You must notify us immediately, within 3 days of receipt, if you wish to return the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items or items that have been used in a manner other than as described in the product instructions, such as washing at too high a temperature or washing with other colored items that may cause stains.
You must return the item to us within 7 days.
Goods must be in clean packaging, unused and in original packaging with tags and labels intact.
When returning by mail, we recommend using a shipping service that provides parcel tracking.
6. Cases where returns are not applicable
No returns or exchanges on sale or promotional items.
The product was reported delivered successfully when returned by post but we have not actually received the item.
The product is damaged due to being shipped by post without insurance or damaged due to being used or stored incorrectly according to the attached instructions.
7. Order lost in transit
If your order is lost, please email us at lavieenrosehomedecor@gmail.com so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit, we reserve the right to refund or resend a replacement item on a case-by-case basis.
We do not refund products where the shipping carrier shows confirmed delivery.
C. TRANSPORTATION
Hanoi:
- Order before 1pm: Same day delivery
- Order after 1pm: Delivery next day
Other provinces:
- Depending on location, the goods will be delivered to the buyer within 2-7 days.
- Customers will receive a tracking code for the parcel after the goods are sent. After sending the goods, the customer is responsible for receiving the goods when the postman arrives to deliver them. If for some reason the customer does not receive the goods when the postman contacts them, the customer is responsible for contacting the postman himself to receive the goods.
- Note : we do not deliver to see the goods, if you are in Hanoi, we encourage you to come to the showroom to see the specific goods. For customers who live far away, you can find information about the product you want to buy on the website or contact a consultant to get the most accurate information before ordering.
We do "open the package to check" when delivering orders sent by parcel delivery. We always try to ensure the rights of customers, if after receiving the goods, the goods are missing or not the product as you ordered, please take a photo of the package and send it back to us via email to lavieenrosehomedecor@gmail.com or contact via fanpage, zalo 0902 17 ba2 ba8. We will promptly process to send additional items in accordance with the order you placed.
